New Student Registration
To enroll at Ocee Elementary, the student's parent or legal guardian must live in the school attendance zone. The following documents are needed to complete your child's registration packet:
1. Proof of Residency- 2 forms are needed for all students. Items such as mortgage statements, lease agreements, utility bills or drivers' licenses are accepted.
2. Affidavit of Residency- Please click here to access the form. Select the form you need (various languages available), print, and bring in with you completed.
3. Original Birth Certificate
4. Immunization Form 3231
5. Ear, Eye, and Dental Form 3300
6. Social Security Card (optional)
